Melissa Henderson

Founder

Melissa Henderson created Henderson Healthcare in 2017 after 16 years spent working in the world of recruitment. Her first-hand experience in the industry allowed Melissa a more in-depth understanding of both the positive and negative aspects of healthcare recruitment, inspiring her to create an agency of her own that takes a passionate approach to helping both organisations and candidates find the perfect fit their needs. With an emphasis on collaboration and stellar customer service, Henderson Healthcare features a small yet significantly experienced team of specialists who strive for perfection for our clients and candidates. Through Henderson Healthcare, Melissa and the HH team seek to make a positive impact on the healthcare recruitment industry and love working in their supportive, energetic environment.

Ben

Recruitment Manager - Social Work

Ben has joined Henderson Healthcare with 15 years recruitment experience in the UK and Australia across finance and more recently healthcare. His primary focus will be to grow the Psychology and Social Care sector at Henderson in both Victoria and Tasmania. His passion for relationship building with client and candidates alike has helped him excel in difficult markets. Promoting quality and professionalism in all he does, he gets real fulfilment from matching the dream job and the candidate and the joy that brings for all.

Courtney has a BA in Mass Communications and has worked in the Recruitment Industry for over 3 years. Courtney started her recruitment career in Real Estate and then moved into the Healthcare sector specialising in Social Care. Nikki joined the Henderson Healthcare team in 2020. Prior to coming on board as our Marketing and Recruitment Consultant, Nikki gained extensive experience working for one of the world’s largest land and transport companies. Providing high level customer service to build positive and lasting relationships in her previous role has been extremely valuable in her transition to recruitment. Nikki focuses on expanding the disability sector at Henderson Healthcare. Her passion for wanting to make a change drives Nikki to ensure that she puts her clients first and that she brings a very detailed approach to candidate sourcing to achieve the ideal fit for clients and candidates. Nadia is a Nursing Recruiter and Project Coordinator at Henderson Healthcare who has worked within the recruitment industry for over 10 years in a range of industries outside of Healthcare and in various roles including Compliance and Accounts. Nadia is specialised in working on our complex projects for both our large corporate clients and government agencies with client delivery being front of mind. Nick joins the Finance and Accounts team and always goes above and beyond for Clients and Candidates, so if there is ever a question, Nick is always there to help! Nick is in charge of invoicing and comes with a can do attitude.

Anna has 25+ years of experience in Private Sector organisations in Operations co-ordinator roles. Respectful, dynamic, attentive, kind and a results-driven professional with an eye for detail, skilled in handling various organisational functions and office administrative strategies critical to organisational success with proven ability to balance multiple responsibilities, consistently delivering results on time. Her versatile skills which include customer service, office administration, all aspects of payroll and clerical skills to create and maintain high levels of integrity, efficiency and productivity. In addition, Anna is adept in sales, team building with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and fulfil their needs. Over the course of her career, Anna attained recognition for high flexibility to increased workload and work hours; being able to effectively work and deliver under pressure.
